3. Quotes and Estimates
3.1 Any quotes provided are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
3.2 Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Any changes or additional requirements may result in adjustments to the quote.
4. Contracts and Agreements
4.1 A formal contract will be provided for all building projects, detailing the scope of work, timelines, costs, and payment schedules.
4.2 The contract must be signed by both parties before any work commences.
5. Payments
5.1 Payment terms will be specified in the contract. Generally, payments are made in stages, with a deposit required prior to commencement.
5.2 Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.3 The client must ensure site access and provide necessary facilities for our team to carry out the work.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
8.1 We warrant that our services will be provided with due care and skill in accordance with industry standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of our services is limited to the re-supply of the services or the cost of re-supply.
9.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the contract and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.
10.2 Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek to resolve the issue through informal negotiation.
11.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to mediation or arbitration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New South Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise notifying you.
